Hi, my name is Greg Laser, and I guess you can call me a Pandemic entrepreneur. Our family-run company, Banana Furniture, found its start-up niche during Covid-19. Based in Seattle, we deliver on our promise of quality design at a budget-friendly price point—but perhaps more importantly, our signature simplicity allows pieces to grow with your family since we know firsthand how fundamental family, including pets, are to everyone’s life.

You don’t have to have kids to know they build a playground in every room in the house. My son inspired the name Banana Furniture, since he was always “monkeying around” on our sofas. Right from the start, we imagined our Heavenly Modular Sectionals to be adult-friendly but with a childlike welcoming twist that lets you say, “jump up” instead of “get down”. After all, all the frames have removable machine washable slipcovers.

Since we’re all about functionality and big on family, we created our Heavenly Performance Fabrics with game-changing added benefits such as increased durability, stain resistance, and machine washability.
